Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page explains your choices about how AutoInsurLive uses and shares personal information, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws.
What we collect
When you use our forms we collect the details you enter (for example your first name, email address, ZIP code and your answers about the insurance you are interested in), plus technical data such as your IP address, browser and the page you came from.
Do we sell your information?
We do not sell your personal information for money. When you choose to view or request quotes, you are sent to a partner's website, and that partner receives the information you give them directly. Some of this activity, such as advertising and affiliate tracking, can count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out of it below.
Opt out
Enter the email address you used. We will stop all marketing email to it and stop sharing it with partners for advertising.
Your other rights
- Know and access: ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Delete: ask us to delete it.
- Correct: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
